Terms of Service

1. Services

Leads for Recruiters provides B2B lead generation services for recruitment agencies. We deliver:

• Verified business contact information (company name, decision maker name, email, mobile number)
• Hiring intent signals based on job postings and vacancy data
• Custom filtering based on region, role, industry, and company size

Services are provided "as is" and we make no guarantees about specific outcomes or results.

2. Ordering and Payment

2.1 Orders

When you place an order:

• You agree to provide accurate information about your requirements
• You agree to pay the quoted price
• Orders are binding once confirmed by us via email

2.2 Payment

• Payment is due before delivery unless otherwise agreed
• We accept payment via bank transfer, Stripe, or Mollie
• Prices are in Euros (€) and exclude VAT unless stated otherwise
• For enterprise orders (1000+ leads), NET30 payment terms may be available

2.3 Pricing

Our pricing tiers:

• Pilot: 100 leads for €350 (€3.50/lead)
• 1-249 leads: €5.00 per lead
• 250-499 leads: €4.50 per lead
• 500-999 leads: €4.00 per lead
• 1000+ leads: €3.50 per lead

Prices are subject to change but confirmed orders honor the quoted price.

3. Delivery

• Standard delivery: 48-72 hours after payment confirmation
• Delivery times may vary based on market availability and order complexity
• Leads are delivered via spreadsheet (CSV or Excel format), or Google Sheets
• Delivery constitutes completion of our service obligations

4. Quality Guarantee

4.1 What We Guarantee

We guarantee that delivered leads:

• Have a verified mobile number (direct contact, not switchboard)
• Have a validated email address
• Are decision makers at legitimate companies (not external recruitment agencies)
• Match your specified filters (region, role, industry as requested)

4.2 Replacement Policy

If a lead does not meet our quality standards, we will replace it free of charge if:

• The mobile number is incorrect or belongs to a switchboard
• The contact works for an external recruitment agency (not an internal hiring manager)
• The email bounces immediately (hard bounce)

Replacement requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

4.3 What We Do NOT Guarantee

We do not guarantee:

• Response rates or conversion rates (these depend on your outreach)
• That every contact will answer your calls or emails
• That the contact is currently hiring (signals indicate recent hiring activity)
• Specific job titles (we provide equivalent roles if exact matches aren't available)

5. Refund Policy

• No refunds after delivery, except as required by law
• Issues with lead quality are resolved through our replacement policy (see Section 4)
• If we cannot deliver your order within 14 days, you may request a full refund

6. Your Responsibilities

6.1 Our Role in Data Processing

We process publicly available business contact data solely for the purpose of compiling lead datasets requested by our customers. Processing prior to delivery is limited to this purpose only. We do not use the data for our own marketing purposes or share it with third parties other than the customer who ordered it.

6.2 Compliance

You agree to:

• Use leads only for legitimate B2B recruitment purposes
• Comply with GDPR and applicable data protection laws
• Obtain necessary consent before sending marketing communications
• Not resell or redistribute our lead data
• Not use leads for spamming, harassment, or illegal purposes

6.3 Data Controller Responsibilities

When you receive leads from us, you become the data controller. You are responsible for:

• Processing data lawfully under GDPR
• Maintaining your own privacy policy
• Honoring opt-out requests from contacts
• Securely storing and protecting lead data

7. Intellectual Property

Our website content, branding, and methodology are protected by intellectual property rights. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute our website content without permission
• Reverse engineer our lead generation process
• Use our brand name or logo without authorization

Lead data delivered to you may be used for your business purposes but not redistributed commercially.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order
• We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages
• We are not liable for lost profits, lost business opportunities, or reputational damage
• We are not responsible for your use of the leads or outcomes from your outreach

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or death/personal injury.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your misuse of lead data
• Your violation of GDPR or other laws
• Your breach of these Terms

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Use our services for illegal purposes
• Fail to pay for orders
• Engage in abusive behavior toward our team

Termination does not affect orders already paid for and delivered.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be effective when posted on this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the Netherlands.
